What's been going on at work for you lately?
If you internally groan when you think about work, your Sunday scaries have reached new heights, you've started having quitting fantasies, or you're just worried you'll accidentally say how you really feel in a meeting — we should talk.
If you’re new to coaching
Coaching is a partnership where I help you reconnect with what you actually think, feel, and want. When that clicks, the second guessing stops, decisions come more naturally, and you start showing up in your life and work in a way that finally feels like you.
This might be for you if
You've started questioning whether the career you've built is still the one you want
You're thinking about leaving corporate, but you have no idea what you'd be leaving it for
You recently stepped into leadership and you're trying to figure out how to show up as yourself
You're burned out and you're not sure if it's the job, the industry, or something bigger
You're successful by most people's standards and something still feels off
You spend so much energy adapting to different rooms that you're not sure what's actually you anymore
You can’t really figure out how you feel about work, you just know you don’t feel good

Why I do this work
I spent years feeling unhappy at work and not doing anything about it. I'd gone down the "successful" path and assumed the only direction was up. It didn't really occur to me that I could just leave the environment entirely — that I had other options, that my life could feel more full.
I became a coach because I love helping people work through the hard emotional stuff. Figuring out the source of the feeling, what would make their life feel more like theirs. Connection is one of my core values and this work puts it at the center.
I work specifically with queer people because they’re my community. Our identities aren’t separate from our work —they’re central to it.
